(Qing Hua Glazed Teacup)

These teacups come from Yuxi in Yunnan Province, one of China’s three major producing areas of “Blue and White” porcelain (Qing Hua). Yuxi Qing Hua porcelain has a long history, first in the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasty, symbolising the extraordinary level of Yunnan ceramic skills in history.

These are modern hand-painted clay teacups, fired in a gas kiln, imitating an old-style painting. The drawing in the centre is a bird. We also offer the same teacup with a smaller volume.

We chose the best cups. However, there still might be some minor flaws. For example, the painting and glazing are not perfect. That said, the cups have no damage whatsoever.
