Hei Cha (Black or Dark tea) are teas that underwent post-fermentation. And use different techniques that give a particular character to the tea. This post-production fermentation involves Microorganisms. To name some, Provinces like Anhui, Guangxi, Shanxi, Hunan and Sichuan produce different types of Hei Cha.
Some types of Hei Cha are Fu Zhuan Jin Hua, LiuBao, Liu An, etc.
